To Whom it May Concern: Let this letter serve as a high recommendation for Great Southern Contractors and Ken Tumlin, its President, who was our choice of contractor to rebuild the Buenaventura Lakes Shopping Center which was destroyed by the tornado last year. From working with the architect, surveyor and the choosing of this subs, the quality of his work has been on a superb level. The timing of the project has been on schedule to the day during the twenty-four week construction period. He has made himself available at all times for consultation whenever needed. On Saturday, June 17th, I took the opportunity to visit several of our local projects on which construction has been recently completed. The Retail Shops at Buenaventura Lakes, in which you were the contractor of the shell and various tenant improvements, was by far the nicest looking project with the best quality of workmanship. I know from some personal involvement that the tenants were not the easiest to work with and that you accomplished this project on a very tight (about 20 weeks) time schedule.
