Dear Mr. Tumlin, On September 5th the 227th Borders store opened on Sandlake Road in Orlando. This special day started with an empty lot and culminated with a beautiful and well constructed building to welcome booklovers. It is with much respect and deep gratitude that We thank Great Southern Contractors for doing such a terrific job. Never in our careers have we experienced such cooperation with a general contractor as we did working with Great Southern. He was always on top of things. You all were most generous and accommodating with showing us the building progress and because of your vast knowledge, you saved us both time and money by catching errors before they became reality. Not many contractors are as thoughtful as Great Southern was with answering our questions. You all went well beyond your duties and made our job of transforming this beautiful building into a bookstore a smooth and joyful experience.
