To Whom it May Concern, As General Manager of the Belk Store in Leesburg, Florida, I would like to personally extend my appreciation to Ken Tumlin. Thanks to him our 66,000 sq. ft. remodel and expansion with Great Southern Contractors was completed in a professional and timely manner. This major undertaking involved a total remaking of the interior of the store including walls and flooring. During the project our store had to remain open and fully operational. Ken, along with his Project Supervisor, was able to accomplish this. They managed to work around a store filled with merchandise as well as eighty employees and a multitude of customers. All of this was accomplished with the utmost attention to the safety of everyone and with a great deal of courtesy to employees and customers. Ken's ability to quickly resolve any problems along with his constant dedication and follow-through made this a very successful project. At best, this was a very trying time for my management staff as well as myself. We will look back at the old interior and wonder how it has managed to become the beautiful store it now is in such a short time. It has only been through the extraordinary efforts of Great Southern Contractors that we were able to accomplish it.
